The Best Simple Printable Teacher Planner

Staying on top of your plans is a huge part of being organized as a teacher. Using a printable teacher planner is the perfect way to set up a planning system that you’ll stick to.

You probably know that being well-planned goes hand in hand with strong classroom management. You can’t keep on top of all the things going on in the classroom if you’re not sure what you’re doing next. A reliable teacher binder helps you write lesson plans, keep track of to-do lists, and stay organized for the entire school year.

Tons of Planning Templates

There are 16 weekly planning templates and 12 daily lesson plan templates included. You can choose which templates best suit your needs. There are options for up to 10 blocks per day… I know what you’re thinking, “Finally* a planner that has enough rows!”

Undated

This planner is undated. The only thing you need to do is write in the numbers on the calendars. It will take less than five minutes.

The benefit of an undated teacher planner? You can use it year after year. That means the cost savings are astronomical! I’ve spent $80-100 on planners that I could only use for ONE YEAR.

Simple to Use

This printable teacher planner is designed to be easy to use. You don’t need to be overwhelmed with picking through which of the 1200 pages you want to print out. Each of the 180 templates included in this printable teacher planner are useful and supports you in staying organized. No extra fluff!

Choose Your Calendars

In creating planners, I’ve learned that teachers have opinions about calendars. Some of you love a Monday start, some say that’s just plain wrong. You’ll find the templates you need, whether you’re a Sunday start or Monday start kind of calendar user!

Printing Instructions

Easily set up your printable teacher planner with the print instructions provided so you can set up your double-page spreads for planning!

Benefits of Using a Printable Teacher Planner

Created for Elementary Teachers

This printable teacher planner was created for elementary teachers by an elementary teacher. So, the templates included are useful and designed to support you in crafting solid lesson plans. The number one complaint among teachers is that there are never enough rows in weekly planning spreads. So, I created a variety of templates with 10 rows for you to choose from.

Note: there are also options with 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 rows.

Choose Your Binding

When using a printable teacher planner, you can choose your own binding. Keep it simple by printing the pages you want to use, hole punch and put in a binder. As another idea, you can get fancy and use a Happy Planner punch and planner discs to binder your planner.

Cost Effective

Using this printable teacher planner is cost-effective. You buy it once, and since it’s undated, you can use it year after year. All you need to do is print it out again!

Customizable

By printing your teacher planner, you get to decide which templates you want to use and which you don’t. That means you don’t need a ton of pages you know you won’t use.

Accessible

Since you have unlimited access to the digital file, you can easily print and use additional pages as needed throughout the year.
